Awesome healthy selection with great variety of all sorts of clean food. Self serve sea salt grinder and olive oil along with substantial quality napkins and cardboard to go containers. Only suggestion I would add to this is have wood chopsticks... Although the silverware is compostable which was very commendable. Jim was my server and he was very pleasant to work with. I highly recommend this restaurant in particular.

I have come to this location almost 100x now and everytime we enter the building we are always welcomed and greeted so kindly by the staff. Jim especially always goes above and beyond! He always has amazing energy and has made us feel like family. He is truly a gem and we always look for him everytime we come in!!! The food is always so amazing and fresh I've never had anything I didn't like on the menu for breakfast, lunch,& dinner!! It's always so amazing!! Highly recommend!

I’m so glad I found Aubergine. It’s honestly one of the best healthy restaurants I’ve come across in Utah so far. I ordered a custom bowl and everything tasted fresh and flavorful, and you can tell the ingredients are high quality. The cheese bread was very soft. And their cilantro cashew dressing makes the whole bowl even better. It’s hard to find healthy food that actually tastes this good and still leaves you feeling good after eating. I’ll definitely be coming back.
