I visited this Starbucks two days ago and ordered a customized drink I saw on TikTok. I asked for light ice, which is how I usually order all my drinks, and it was amazing. The cup was full and the drink was made perfectly. Today (Monday) I went back to order the exact same drink with light ice again, but this time the cup was almost half empty. When I asked about it, I was told it was because I ordered light ice. However, the last time I ordered it the same way and the cup was completely full. I ordered my Light Ice drink as usual. When I order it at other Starbucks locations, it’s always made perfectly. At this location, it’s always the same problem — they mostly just fill the cup with ice.

Probably one of the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. All the employees do is talk, one even looked at me while I had waited over 15 minutes to get my drink and I had just ordered a small Caramel Frappe which I don’t think it should take more than 2 minutes, and the employees are super rude they don’t even tell you “Sorry for the wait” or “Sorry were super busy today” and not to mention the place is pretty empty but they take over 10 minutes to make a simple drink. Horrible Management, Horrible manager just plain rude and disrespectful. I had the worst experience with my order and service. This starbucks only has gone down hill this past year. Don’t recommend , just do yourself the favor and drive to the one in hialeah gardens , quality and service is actually decent.
