Came on 4/26/26 at 8:37pm they had a car parked ahead of the drive-through window already , After I pulled up to the window, I was told to also pull forward, even though there was nobody behind me. I sat and waited for my food the entire time until they brought it out, and no one ever came behind me. I understand that they have to save their food times, but why lie about it by having people pull forward when they haven’t been completely served. I will not shop at this location again.

I came here after work to grab something simple and the drive thru guy was absolutely amazing. After getting my food I went to park just to sit and relax. He came to check and see if everything was okay with the food. Great customer service and amazing attitude. He is a great person to have on their team!

I had been avoiding this Wendy's due to the lack of customer service. I began to see more cars. Now I know why. Eric Bush is a manager. He has inspired me to have hope for young people in customer service. He spoke clearly and with accuracy, was patient, polite, and kind.
