$12 for an inconsistent salad. Chicken was dry and had no grill marks like advertised. It tasted like the chicken had been made a while ago and just caked up in your mouth. No freshness and tasted bland. Forgot bacon. They use less of everything at this location. Drive to the one in Loma Linda and see how generous they are with their toppings. Burger was good and so were fries. Just sad that a healthy option can’t be enjoyed here.

I would agree with all the other reviewers saying the customer service at this location is horrible. Was treated rudely while trying to place an order. Was given attitude by the cashier, so I ended up walking out and not buying anything. I'm not about to pay money at an establishment that disrespects its customer! It's all good though, at the end of the day I went to Lupe's Panadería on the Westside and had delicious, fresh tamales instead from kind, warm, helpful staff that treat their customers with respect. I'm a regular to farmer boys, at this specific location had an issue with the chicken texture being too hard to chew, bought it up to sam who works on the front and the gentleman helped me out with it and offered me another make without any charge. This is an amazing location, amazing staff, amazing chefs you'll leave happier and fuller than you came in.

This message is directed to the Owner & Corporate & Franchisor. Your cooks made fun of my mom yesterday. Literally to the point of actually laughing directly at her. She brought this up to the lady running the counter & lady told her "sorry I will speak to them". Really, so this is what is actually going on? My mom is elder & disability & this is the literal treatment she received? I called today and asked to speak to manager. Lady said she was manager, name Sara. I explained situation and she let me know she was fully aware of it, spoke to her cooks and they did not make fun of her infact
