Ordered a chicken rice bowl, the meal didn’t have any sauce in the bag, I asked the girl girl at the drive thru and she seemed so upset that I actually asked for sauce, she basically threw the sauce in my hand. That’s fine I can deal with horrible service but what ticked me off is what I saw when I got home. The bowl was literally halfway filled with food. Hardly no rice, way less chicken than other WaBa grills. The WaBa grill by my job fills the bowls to the top, this will be the last time I come to this place. I hope WaBa grill corporate knows this franchisee is ripping off the customer

I went today 6/13 and got harassed again i eat here almost weekly I walk in and no one was there on the cash register . So then the cashier ask me r u paying cash or card I reply card. And she says ok do your order on the kiosk. Little does she know my hand is hurting and I can’t and I’m not the type to do the kiosk anyways . I don’t get paid to take my order down after a long day of work: so I told her I’ll wait for her to take my order she started yelling and saying she is to busy to take my order and I let her know it’s not my job and I didn’t want to do the kiosk she kept yelling and I lef

Ordered a family meal and should've just bought 4 chicken bowls. Idk how they think barely putting any food in the trays especially rice, is really gonna feed a family of 4, which it should've!!!!!! Now I get to watch my kids eat hahaha. Very disappointed that we can't even get our money's worth anymore. Only pay more for some half axxed food. Let's add the chicken had so much fat and rubbery chewy pieces, the jalapeño and carrots were spit out and thrown in the trash because of how old they tasted. Worst waba grill I've been to!!!

I came to eat here on 01/14/2026 around 2:25and they didn’t give me my receipt after I purchased my food rite after I paid. And suposedely your suppose to get a free meal if they don’t. So I asked and they didn’t want to give me the meal saying that they can still hand it to me ten minutes later when my food is ready but the sign says otherwise it says at the time of purchase so what’s the point of putting a sign there promising something if there not going to do it I eat here almost every other day I been seen this sign all the time what’s the point of the corporate promising something to th
