Maddie took my order, super sweet young girl and the gentleman Nate that handed me my food kindly, with a big smile and to the chef chef I did not get his name(sorry) the special request he nailed it with a smile on his face, and I’m a Tokyo Joe’s junkies so that’s my new spot. We drop in at the S. Broadway and Highlands Ranch Pkwy. location 2-3 times a month, and have never been disappointed. The food is always good and freshly prepared. We love the bowls, especially the build-your-own option. I don’t like onions—often difficult to avoid, so I appreciate the ability to choose a meal without having to fight that. Tokyo Joes has an awesome app for ordering takeout. Their food is consistently excellent. I had a salmon Poké bowl that was amazing. We’ve been going to the Tokyo Joes on Broadway in Highlands Ranch Parkway for years and just love it.
