I just ordered from here and thought I was ordering a hot drink, but it came cold instead. When I realized what I did, the staff graciously made me the same drink, but hot, and never made me feel bad about it. I offered to pay for the first drink, but they didn't require me to. They were so kind and friendly. They also have such a great vibe there all the time.

Go here almost daily and they're always quick and on top of it and pretty quickly catched on to what my phone number was and my daily order. They're an amazing staff and team and they do such an amazing job at promoting their things. And anytime there's ever been an issue with a drink like a new barista actually mess something up, they immediately fix it without any hesitation

I'm a frequent customer and I almost come every day, and I order the same thing. The gentleman who helped me didn't even greet me and apparently assumed I was just supposed to tell him what I wanted. I gave him my number and order, saying it's the 2 for $8 medium drinks special, and I'll take that. Then he asked me what size, and I told him, 'Please, like today's special.' Update: I did email 7Brew per their request; however, I didn't get a response as of yet. I went back today. We chose the left lane this time. Staff energy was great! Unfortunately, all the challenges mentioned below can't be assessed because it was one car in each lane. I used to love this place; however, the past few times I have had longer wait times and this morning took the cake. We arrived at 7:31 with one car in front of us.
