If I could give yall zero stars I would I literally just went up there to order some food stood outside for almost 15 minutes just for them to take my order Man there was nobody in the drive-through and they all seen me waited another 15 minutes just to get my food and when I got it, it was wrong. I ordered a chili cheese fry and 2 chili cheese dogs. Here in Hobbs there is alot that should be addressed. Don't get me wrong food is still alright. But the ppl and their service is another thing. I feel now more then ever that they seem to hire trouble makers. Young men and woman that have no consideration for any customers nor their own jobs. I dnt believe they are observant of their managers and how they handle situations that get out of control. Infact I believe they involve themselves in the way it gets handled. Food was great once it was given. The AI was not a pleasant experience and only got half my order and just heard my second half. When we got to the friend we where meet with a young kind gentleman given excellent service though seemed new and in able to help with my order. Manager or older women shows up and was very unhelpful with given me my order. She seemed willing to help but have up when she couldn't understand what i was telling her and assumed my order was wrong. I was really disappointed by the service at Wienerschnitzel‘s. I was next in line, and I politely requested to pay at the window for a safer tap-to-pay option, but the staff insisted on a method I wasn’t comfortable with. I also asked for the ice cream to be remade, and the interaction felt rushed and dismissive. I hope they can improve on customer care. Or fire the employee she was mid 40s
