I recently dined at Metropolis in Hoboken, NJ and had an amazing experience. I started with the octopus, which was cooked perfectly tender, flavorful, and seasoned just right. For my entrée, I ordered the short beef rib, and it was absolutely delicious rich, juicy, and full of flavor in every bite. From the presentation to the taste, everything was on point. I’ll definitely be back!

Metropolis 96 River St. Hoboken, NJ 07030 Braised Short Ribs Lava Cake This restaurant is conveniently located in the lower section of Hoboken, conveniently minutes away from the Hoboken Train Terminal. Great little cute little spot on River road. Me and my girlfriend stumbled across it while searching for a place to eat, and definitely enjoyed it! 2 floors and a rooftop bar, perfect for summer atmosphere. Waiters were all attentive and gave great recommendations, will definitely be visiting more!
