From the outside, Onieal’s looks like your typical neighborhood bar, but it is so much more. After walking past it on my route for years, we finally stopped in, and it was such a pleasant surprise. It was crowded, which it often is, but the wait was not bad and the service was friendly. The drinks were delicious, and my veggie burger was so good. There were many other dishes we wanted to try, and we will definitely be back. I have been craving it since we went.

Our party of 9 (2 families) was turned away a little after they just opened at 11am on a Saturday morning because they just seated another large party (larger than 6) right before us. However the guy flat out told us that they don’t take parties larger than 6. When we offered to split our group to 2 tables of 5 and 4, we were still turned away. This despite my husband having called a day or two prior to make a reservation, and he was told seating 9 wouldn’t be a problem and to just walk in (they don’t take reservations).
