Today, April 4, 2026 at 5:31 pm, I went to Chill Bubble tea located at Woodfield mall. I ordered my usual order of Taro milk tea and Milk tea with brown sugar. Upon receipt of the order, it was a smoothie instead of over ice. I went to the cashier named Rosalva, with the order # 736534, ticket # 230 and asked if it can be changed. She started putting her hands on her hips and raised her voice at me infront of all the customers saying if I want my actual order, I need to pay again. This was by far the worst bubble tea experience I have ever had. For the price I paid, there were shockingly few boba pearls-honestly ridiculous. The drink itself was overwhelmingly sweet, yet somehow still watery, to the point where I wouldn’t even call it proper bubble tea. And the service… unbelievable. The cashier closed the lid so poorly that the drink started leaking immediately and as a result, it ruined my BRAND-NEW jacket, which now needs professional cleaning. The service was absolutely terrible. The girl named Sidney clearly does not know how to interact with customers. She was aggressive, rude, and completely tactless. If she is in a bad mood or unhappy with something, maybe she should consider another job instead of ruining customers’ experience with her unpleasant attitude. Additionally, the drinks were awful as well — the lids were closed very poorly, and I had to ask twice to fix them.
