LYE restos have always had excellent food and Antico Posto has become a fave LYE place for me to dine. So I had high expectations for this resto but it truly fell short. The calamari was enjoyable, nice heat but not as cruchy as traditional calamari. The sizzling beef rice had very little beef but the flavors of sweet teriyaki made up for lack of protein. There was very little flavor on the shrimp bao, quite disappointing. The pork bao was spiced well but most pork bao is usually crispy and the belly, this was more like pulled pork. Overall, just not up to par with some really great LYE

If you are dining by yourself, order the Samurai Fries and Tonkotsu Ramen. The fries were well seasoned with a hint of spice. The sauce was so delicious that I ended up running out and had to request more. I ordered the ramen with everything on it and was not disappointed. Flavorwise it had a peppery taste (perfect for the winter season) and the bits of poro had an extra crunch(charred) which enhanced the flavor. I will definitely a visit again to try out the other menu items

Visited Tokio Pub after trying it years ago and the food and drinks are even better than I remember from when I last tried it. The Hot Stone Tuna was amazing, great balance of flavor on the soy garlic sauce, and really nice presentation, self searing the tuna was a really fun experience. The red dragon roll was our favorite and two rolls we go but enjoyed the Rangoon roll as well. And our two mocktails were amazing with the Yuzu one being our favorite. Step in the entrance of Tokio Pub and you are immediately greeted with fun decor and concept for an evening out. We enjoyed our first visit overall, but left with a bit to be desired Service: one of the major disappointments of the visit. We sat down and ordered 2 entrees almost immediately and were left waiting over 45 minutes for our food, apparently due to a special event.
