Extremely disappointed with my experience today at the McDonald's located at 1413 North Vine St, Hollywood, CA 90028. I ordered 2 regular-size McFlurries and 2 mini McFlurries, and both of the regular McFlurries were only about half full. What made it even more frustrating was that the regular-size McFlurries appeared to contain nearly the same amount of ice cream as the mini McFlurries, despite costing more. First, I want to thank Andres and Mariah (from the morning shift)..for their excellence in customer service, always welcoming me with a smile and a good morning. I see they greet every customer with a smile. McDonald's, please give them a raise; I come here because of them. Also, the restaurant is always clean, and the food is always hot and fresh.

We came to this specific McDonald’s because it has a courtyard where we can sit peacefully, enjoy some quiet, and eat comfortably. This is especially important for our family because our mother has suffered two strokes and needs a calm environment. When we tried to enter the courtyard, we were stopped and told that we needed permission from the manager, even though the courtyard was completely empty and clean.
