Sam Root★★★★Dropped by a pretty legit Vietnamese spot in the Homestead/Florida City area, and it did not disappoint. Service was on point, and the food arrived fast. The highlights? The fresh spring rolls are excellent, and the Pho is an absolute must-try—the broth is incredibly well-seasoned, carrying that deep flavor that only comes from hours of simmering. They also serve sushi that looks great, though I haven't tested it yet. Expect to spend around $20 a plate.
