During a visit to Hopkinsville for a conference, I was delighted to come across this Dunkin' Donuts located on Fort Campbell Blvd. toward the front of a small shopping mall anchored by a Planet Fitness. The Dunkin' Donuts doubles as a Baskin Robins. The coffee is superb and reasonably priced, and is the primary reason I go to Dunkin' Donuts. The breakfast options are decent as well. The employees are friendly and fill orders efficiently.

Dunkin I gotta be real with you; I’ve had better coffee. Why then do I come to DD so often that cut me and I’ll bleed brown sugar expresso if I don’t feel like you have the best? Your staff. In particular, a young lady named Ciera. Your coffee is decent and so are your prices but the staff are outstanding. I could be having the worst day, stop in at this location and having Miss Ciera greet me with her super optimistic and bubbly self instantly lifts my spirits. She’s recommended other items off ur menu such as the Blackberry Tangerine Zero I never would have tried otherwise. She remembers our

This may be the last Dunkin I ever go to. Pulled up to the drive through to make my order they got it wrong. Then when I was trying to get the attention of the woman behind the window she rolled her eyes at me and walked away. I watched the staff without hairnets on make my food and then proceeded to talk about me negatively and laugh with each other while everyone just started at me through the window. I waited for 5 minutes starting at my food getting cold while this woman that should not be in customer service found every excuse not to look at me to fix her mistake and not give me my food.
