Good and bad. One person had to do drive through, front counter and package the food including to-go drinks. This was in addition to running orders out to ppl waiting in their cars. Another person constantly prepared the food. Service was slooowww only bc not enough ppl to work the store. The two ladies were efficient but the wait was too long for Everything! Five people left while I was there bc they hadn't yet been waited on. Again the two workers were good but not enough ppl to efficiently run the business. Food was as expected. If you go, take a book to read while you wait. April 2026

Seen the commercial about the new French onion sandwich and went out to get a couple. Ordered 2 of them and they only gave me one. Thankfully I was only charged for one. Waited at the window a few minutes longer only to be ignored. Decided to leave and now I’m thankful we didn’t get two. We split the one in half and it was disgusting. Disappointed. Not coming back to this location.

Ordered door dash. After 30 minutes and 3 dashers, they said they were out of roast beef. Another 15 minutes and 2 more dashers, they cancelled the order entirely. This Arby's is open until 11pm and order was placed at 8pm. Not sure what's going on here, but I'd avoid this location.

It was late at night. I couldn't see the gentleman's name tag. He was a slim, young man working by himself and had long braids or dreads. I felt the need to leave feedback, saying he was polite, honest, efficient, and quick. It was the best service I've received in a long time from Arby's. I wasn't expecting him to be taking orders as it was five minutes to closing, but I'm glad I took the chance. He made the experience on a whole other level of positivity and excellence. I will definitely be spreading the word and returning, maybe in 24 hours, just because of that service from that gentleman.
