Update December 21, 2025 waiting on an order that took over 15 minutes for 3 cheeseburgers. I decided that I was just gonna cancel the order instead basically almost had to wait 20 minutes for three cheeseburgers so I just canceled. Worst experience I’ve ever had .. old review Took forever to get my pick up order I order and they ask if I’m Drive through or a stall and what number ???? What is going on. Have no clue what there doing.

Drove straight to this sonic after being neglected at the Sonic on 40hwy. Was honestly impressed how quickly they took my order. I paid on my debit card and gave a decent tip. Order placed around 5:40p. Looked at my menu board and noticed it said thank you after 10 minutes, and then went blank like it was ready for a new order. After a few minutes a gentleman came out to tell me there was a mixup in the kitchen, and now I have to wait again.

I’m not sure what’s up with all the bad reviews. I live near this location and I enjoy stopping here every once in a while. I’ve tried several menu items and everything is always yummy. Service is always friendly and fast. Tonight I stopped by around 10 tonight and got a smash burger with fries and ocean and an Oreo blast. They brought my food in under 5 minutes and it was all hot and fresh. Carhop was friendly and helpful. I really enjoyed the smash burger with the pickles and sauce! The blast was perfect amount of mix ins. Store deserves way more stars. Lowkey have to force myself to not sto

I think I’m just done with this sonic location (maybe the franchise in general as the others are a bit of a drive). I have just never seen a place that gets orders incorrect, and forgets sauces as much as this place. Why wait for 15 min and spend almost just as much as a place like Chilis or Cheddars, just to still get the order wrong then have to wait to go through the entire drive thru line again. I used to love Sonic, it sucks to see what it seems to have become
