I used to stop by Wendy’s pretty often because it was convenient, but lately this location has been very inconsistent. The wait time was longer than expected, my order was not as fresh as before, and the overall experience just didn’t feel worth coming back for. Because of that, I started going to Chex Grill & Wings only about 3 minutes away, and honestly the food quality and flavor have been much better for me. Hoping this Wendy’s location can improve service and consistency in the future.

Not very happy with this trip. I know it's just fast food however when I look forward to a spicy chicken sandwich all I'm given on it is a small slap of mayo and a sprinkle of lettuce.. I want what's advertised.

They asked us what sause we wanted with our meals, so we told them. After looking at the receipt, they charged us ¢50 per sauce packet, for 7 sauce packets - there was only one in the bag. But at least the food was warm when we got it.

Probably the best Wendy's location from salisbury to concord. My order always right and the food is always good. I don't live in the area but its on my way home and judging by all the cars I see pulling in, I'm not the only one who thinks so.
