We were in Indy for a work conference and this restaurant was in our hotel, we made a reservation for Friday night. The complimentary pretzel rolls were amazing. I ordered a fried potato and cheese appetizer...🤤🤤 (I don't have the menu in front of me so Im unsure of the name) for main course I ordered the 26th street shrimp 👌 None of my coworkers had any complaints of their food besides the Brussels sprouts were too hard.

So, who doesn't own a Weber grill? I have a mini Weber charcoal grill which we use for tailgating at football games. I would love to replicate the burger experience I had at this Weber-themed restaurant in Indy - the ridiculous Big G Burger, named after the founder who I don't remember his name. More memorable was the perfectly cooked burger, melted Swiss cheese, caramelized onions, and bone marrow jus which created an incredible, tasty, unforgettable experience. This turned out to be one of the best steaks I've ever enjoyed. A char-grilled 14oz Ribeye served with garlic mashed potatoes were so amazingly delicious. They paired very nicely with our starter, parmasean crusted brussels sprouts with a lemon aoili. Our server was very kind and knowledgeable of the menu. He steered us in the right direction and checked on us plenty.

the pork Chops were a touch over done. the grilling was done nicely and flavor came through. wasn't tender and juicy as i was hoping. the drinks were good. and service was great. and i get it, that employees wanted to finish up and go home. i just didn't care for the cleaning and dusting happening while we were still eating. enough dust to sneeze twice, plus whatever ends up on the food.
