They have done everything to avoid interaction with customers, much like other fast food places. Stand and wait for your order to be set in a shelf. No greeting when you come in no thank you from the employees I guess that's the way of the future

The moment we walked in, something was already wrong. The door we walked through boasted a wheelchair-friendly sign, and it was certainly wide enough, but had no automating button to actually open it (obviously, it is difficult to open a heavy glass door while seated in a wheeled chair). A line of people waited, but I'd stumbled in with my partner at prime dinner hours after missing the bus home, with twenty-five minutes to kill before the next, so that wasn't unusual. Ordered my meal on the kiosk but didn't know how to put in no salt on my fries so the young lady who was working behind the counter told the people in back and i waited for 15 mins for my order when it was ready there was salt on the fries and waited for another 5 min to get fries with no salt. The dinning room was dirty. There was no napkins. I'll never spend my money in that burger king again
