They put my quesadilla in a burrito bowl container then disregarded the sticker and forgot all of my sides and my drink and one of my queso Blanco sauces. Why the hell would y’all put my quesadilla in a burrito bowl container, it doesn’t even go in there. On top of that all of my tacos have sour cream in them which I didn’t ask for and since I don’t like sour cream I can’t eat that either. What a waste of $30+. Will not be ordering from here again.

Terrible service, meal pick up was supposed to be 720 and had to wait til 750. One meal was "almost" proper/normal size, the other was about half of its normal. Ordered a mexican coke, told they had none but would give a cup for a fountain coke. Thats not the same cost and they told me for a refund I have to call 1800Chipolte. Doubt highly we EVER go back.... complained online and asked for a call but doubt this will happen.

Our host, Reyleanna, managed to deliver one of the most unnecessarily hostile customer service experiences I've ever witnessed. From the moment we walked up, she acted like our existence was a personal inconvenience. She was rolling her eyes so hard I'm shocked she didn't sprain something. My friend had a free soda emphasis on free and somehow Reyleanna still decided to charge her for it, then slapped a water cup at her like she was doing us a favor. Ordered two bowls online today for pickup. When I went to pick them up, they were not sealed properly and had already leaked when I took the bag, so I had to clean them up and get a new bag (which they did readily give me). Unfortunately, by the time I got home and looked at the orders themselves, neither of the bowls were what I had ordered. Both of them were missing things that I had ordered, and they included things that weren't part of the orders. This isn't the first time that they've been wrong, either. It's about a 50/50 chance that the order is correct.
