They would get 0 stars if that were possible. Went through the drive thru, got three iced coffees. Mine was a Large Iced with 5 cream, 5 Liquid Cane Sugar, 4 French Vanilla, and a shot of Espresso. They handed my coffee over hot, and instead of using the correct ingredients (I used to work for Dunkin on Lake Ave), they dumped the hot coffee into an iced cup, added little ice, and the young man with dreads thought it was cool to flip my iced coffee like he was flipping a water bottle to mix it, instead of using the metal stir spoon provided to employees. Every single time I go to this Dunkin I make sure to order ahead of my arrival time by at least 15 minutes. Regardless of which manager is “working”, they NEVER look at receipts and always ask if I have food with my order. Isn’t that your job to know that? It says right on the receipt multiple times how many items are included in each order, and what they are. Multiple times I have had to argue with management because they try to give me just my drink and not my food that I paid for. Unfortunately.. I am deaf. And I decided to do drive thru.. they asked me to come inside TWICE. I told them no. They got frustrated and finally got the order in time. It took like 2-5 minutes waiting and trying to get my order done with. But sadly the 2 males working there were not kind. Food was good. The Gatorade bottle was bent. But overall it wasn’t good experience as deaf person to do drive thru. I won’t recommend this place for any deaf people to come unless there’s improvements need to be taken care of. Thank you.
