Its a little pricey, but definitely good. Their deep dish pizza is our favorite. The dough is soft, and cooked perfectly. They have never messed up our order. Always friendly when I call to tell them what we want.

This is the second time I’ve ordered from this location, and unfortunately the quality has been terrible both times. The pizza dough was wet and soggy, and the cheese literally slid and crumbled right off the slices. The wings are often undercooked and barely sauced!! What’s frustrating is that the Greece location is amazing. I actually go out of my way to order from that store because the pizza and wings are consistently good there. I was at work, and hungry, and made the mistake of ordering from an independent instead of pizza hut. On their website, I had the ability to write simple delivery instructions. What I wrote was, downstairs, on the back end of the building at the Drs office. In the main lobby. What the door dasher got instead, was just "downstairs at the back end of". So when the poor doordasher delivered my food, to the wrong door, I thought I had every right to be pissed. Imagine my shock when I saw the pizzeria only gave her half the instructions. To make things worse, I ordered 3 pepperoni, and got 2 pepper

Dealt with an extremely rude Asian woman working at this location. All Mark's locations are supposed to sell dough and I asked her if they did she sharply answered no and asked why I didn't buy it from the location I had called previously. I was in the neighborhood and hoping to buy it at this location out of convenience. It was like I was asking to have my taxes done. Irondequoit businesses can be very hit or miss but was surprised the amount of attitude I received from a simple request. Will never go back to this location.
