Amazing service and managers! A friend and I decided to order bagels for teacher appreciation at a local daycare. After ordering on the app I noticed there was nowhere for me to add a note to say who it was from, so after I placed the order I called the store to explain and see if they could include it on the receipt or something and the women on the phone (McKenzie) offered to write a note. A little while later she sent me a beautiful sign she made for the teachers! Finally tried Panera for the first time. 12$ for HALF a turkey sandwich on very dry bread and a bottle of water. Why are people paying these prices ? It wasn't for me, and clearly never will be. To each their own. Google the menu if you plan on trying. It might save you a trip.

every time im not exaggerating that ive gone here a total of 3 times they have forgotten something in my meal and charged me for it. 1st time i ordered a bacon mac and cheese and got no bacon. second time i ordered a grilled cheese with ham added there was no ham. and the third time i ordered both of these items and i didnt get my mac and cheese. im not coming back i tried 3 times. im over it. i get it once in a while, but every time ive gone im missing food and im hungry thats why im ordering what im ordering. how about check before you send the order out. and stop giving spoons with the mac

Ordered my food early and had a set time for picking it up. Came ten minutes later from the time that was set. Food was not ready and then when I asked about my order was told to hold on and the worker worked on other orders. After five minutes she started to work on new orders that had been placed way after my order. Got an attitude because I said that I had order my order way ahead of time and I only get a 30 minute break for lunch and why is my order not ready. Had to ask her again about my order and then she found it and had to complete it with the missing items. The lasagna soup was nasty
