I can say that Barca has done something that not even my family has been able to do; make me love birria! The birria at Barca is prepared expertly, and complimented perfectly with salsas and consomé. I had a birria sope, and it was absolutely delicious, from the homemade sope base to the flavorful beans and birria. I had the opportunity to dine in and enjoy the cozy atmosphere that made me feel like I was visiting family.
