I was traveling and stopped here around 7:45 pm on 5/28/2026 and attempted to order an impossible burger and requested mushrooms and fried onion rings on my sandwich. I’ve never had a problem with other locations when traveling and ordering the same sandwich. The person at the window insisted that they didn’t have an up charge button for that. My husband and I had to drop our son off at the airport and decided to get a couple whopper meals. We hadn't had BK in a few years because it was always cold, never correct, and just gross but we had heard the CEO was making changes and so we decided to try it but our hopes were low.let me tell you, it was so good and made exactly how we asked and actually hot. I never thought I would actually crave a whopper again but here I am holding myself back because I know if I went with my intrusive thoughts I'd be 500 lbs 😅. The employees were really nice too! The night crew had a nice vibe going on inside, so I just knew the food would be good, but nope. Everything was cold and thrown together, and I was too tired to turn around and make an issue. Won't be going back at night till something happens.

If I could give it a minus 5 I would. My whopper had an unidentifiable bun, no lettuce (others had a dribble not brown and rotted slimey lettuce) and looked more like a cheeseburger Without the cheese. The onion rings and french fries were all pieces from the bottom of the tray. Just way to much bad food in one meal and a complete waste of $50. My spicy nuggets were so over cooked and severely dehydrated that they almost broke everyone's teeth. I spent $50 and that was with coupons for my son's birthday. I won't go back as long as the MANAGER isn't running this place properly and definitely is
