This location has been consistently disappointing. Despite the restaurant being empty, the staff appeared rushed, which negatively affected the quality of the food. The bacon was once again overcooked, an issue that has occurred on every visit. The toast was also poorly prepared, as the white bread was soggy and excessively buttered rather than properly toasted. I have given this Waffle House multiple chances, but the experience has not improved. At this point, it has been a waste of both time and money, and I would not recommend this location to anyone.

Restaurant had no customers and we sat and waited for our order to be taken and the workers were just standing around and didnt even bother taking our order. We waited a few more minutes and still no drinks. Waitress even started cleaning the tables around us and didnt even bother asking us about our order.

This location is the most dysfunctional Waffle House me and my family has been to. Waited 15 to have someone clear a table off once the family before left. Then took 25 to get food once seated. There was no flow with the staff, its was a crazy mess. The manager didn’t seem like he cared at all. People kept coming in to wait then left not but 5 mins later once seeing the craziness. I normally don’t write reviews at all but come on. The food was good as always but how it’s being run is terrible.

Went there at 2:55 on New Year’s Day. It was only me. I sit there for 17 minutes without getting greeted. Another table walked in right after me and got greeted. When I went to the front to ask if I get can get some service the other servers stated that they were off the clock and that had nothing to do with them. As a server, I understand but nobody was helping her and let a guest walk away with no worries in the world. Corporate needs to go and give them all a pep talk about working in the service industry.
