Our server Elizabeth was great!! we were a party of 6 and we were probably a lot to deal with (unintentionally). She did awesome and made sure we were taken care of, and didn’t hesitate to grab something for us when we asked! So nice and would go back and ask for her specifically!!!

Stopped in around 7:00 PM and were seated right away. The restaurant wasn't busy, but after being given menus, we never had a server stop by for drinks or to take our order. We waited about 30 minutes and ended up leaving. I know everyone has off nights, but being completely overlooked was disappointing.

I’ve tried giving this place a chance, but the service is consistently unwelcoming. I’ve experienced being ignored while waiting for a pickup, only to see others helped right away. Most recently, the staff seemed visibly bothered by the simple act of seating us, despite the dining room being empty. It’s hard not to feel like there is an underlying bias in how customers are being prioritized here. I ended up leaving today because the atmosphere felt so uncomfortable

I have never had a bad experience at this location but 100% disappointed tonight. We usually eat in, but decided on to-go tonight. Website and app ordering was down so I went in to make my order. 15-20 minutes to be ready, completely fine and expected. 2 wraps and a 20 piece traditional wing. When we got our food, the fries were cold, old, and burnt. Definitely not the BWW we have ever had before and the chicken in the wraps tasted old and cold. Maybe just an off day for this location but definitely a disappoint for my mother's day dinner
