Usually don’t mind poor experiences because I know everybody is allowed to have a bad day. But when my friends went in there was a lady coming in from a shift change and from the start did not have any patience. She skipped a few toppings so my friends simply re-asked for them and she slammed her knife throwing it asking them what they wanted. Russell Fenno★Associates made sandwich wrong. My wife tells them about it and they hang up on her. I call back to see what we can do about the sandwich that is made wrong. I live in a town 20 miles away. And they give me a phone number for the "regional manager" that is an unreachable number. They are very rude and I would not suggest going to that location.
