Seong Sushi Bar in Juneau keeps things intimate, with a small dining room and a dedicated sushi bar area that gives the space a cozy, neighborhood feel. The menu spans sushi alongside a selection of other Pan-Asian dishes, making it approachable whether you are in full sashimi mode or dining with a mixed- craving crew. Service was a bright spot from the start. Staff were very friendly, quick, and efficient, keeping things moving smoothly without feeling rushed. On the sushi front, the rice leaned a bit dense for my preference, but credit where it is due. The rice-to-fish ratio was refreshing

Had an excellent lunch and service today at Seong’s Sushi Bar. I started off with some excellent general Tso’s Chicken and eventually finished with a delicious salmon avocado roll and nigiri platter. Will definitely be back and highly recommend to anyone looking for an authentic sushi experience here in Juneau!
