Toshia Anderson★★★★★We decided to stop in at Arbys in Kaysville to eat before we headed home. Great food and absolutely OUTSTANDING SERVICE!! Eathan took our order and he was so awesome. He was happy from the moment we walked in to when we walked out i have been to so many restaurants and I honestly have never been so pleased to see a young man with such great customer service. He honestly deserves so much more then a great review.
Carmen Bolanos★Regular and occasional customers of this store should be careful with what they're getting, as they're receiving fewer ounces of meat in each sandwich than they pay for. The store manager is ordering the ham cooks to put less meat in the sandwiches, so you're getting less for your money.

We were wondering where our meal went before we took our first bite. I now consider this very overpriced for the meager amount of food you get. Miranda Ward★This all started with my husband who tried to place a mobile order to pick up as soon as possible however, after submitting the order it said it wouldn’t be ready until tomorrow at 10 AM. So my husband pulled up to the drive-thru and they said they didn’t see his order so then he had to re-order through the drive-thru and he asked if they had pumpkin pie turnovers but they told him no, even though it says on the app that they do.
