I just went to this location tonight to get one of their new biggie bundles, when i pulled up to the window i the person who was running the drive thru was great, except for the fact that he forgot my drink, when i came back through to grab my drink, what appeared to be the manager opened the window, i informed him about my missing drink, and while making my drink, he could not get the soda machine to stop pouring and instead of pressing it like a normal person, this guy punches the soda machine screen as hard as he could. absolutely inappropriate and unprofessional for a manager. will not be

My husband’s and I ordered a four chicken sandwiches through DoorDash on 8/29/25 at night. Two out of four of the sandwiches were raw in the middle. PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK YOUR FOOD

I got charged for ranch? Like what? And my service wasn’t the best but I will say. The lady that took our order was amazing!!!! Definitely give her a raise! But the guy pretty sure he was a manager was a wee bit rude and brash.

Ordered 3 of the $8 biggie bags because me and 2 others have been cleaning out a garage for 5hrs. Our drinks were all flat, we were not given our nuggets, and after paying we were not given the card used back. We were all tierd and not fully there in the moment so we parked to make sure one of the sandwiches were made right. They brought the card out luckily enough. This is the 5th time in a row mine and others with me have had their food messed up. This was the first time ive been in a year and will be my last, to many times have my food been messed up in a row. Even though my group was often
