This spot is a solid neighborhood staple. Doris took great care of us during our early Saturday visit. The chicken empanada is a must try, perfectly fried and paired with a really flavorful sauce. It does have some spice, so be aware. Both the Ajiaco and the Sancocho de Res were delicious and authentic. The meat in the Sancocho stood out for being incredibly tender, and the portion sizes are great. While the beers could have been a lot colder, the quality of the food and service makes this a place we’ll be frequenting often.

Amazing food and great service. We were really craving some authentic Colombian cuisine since it’s our comfort food and Bamboo did not disappoint. I came in with my son and we both enjoyed our dinner and the waitress Alejandra was very attentive and sweet. She ensured we were satisfied the entire time. We will definitely be coming again soon!

Great food ... terrible service!! We went to watch worldcup game and in the middle of the game we were informed that we have a minimum of 40$ to consume per person...and we were drinking and eating ... got that reminder 5 times ... we were 5 people and Bill was $180 and they wanted us to pay the minimum. I hope owner read this comment ... you guys have a great food but you are loosing customers with this service if you don't do something. At least the 5 people and friends won't go there anymore
