Today I had a very disappointing experience at Starbucks. I ordered a medium coffee and, even though there were no customers waiting inside, I ended up waiting over 10 minutes without receiving my order. Meanwhile, employees were talking among themselves and prioritizing the drive-thru, completely ignoring customers inside the store. I had to approach the counter to ask about my order, and instead of a proper explanation or apology, they simply offered a refund. The employees are only welcoming to certain customers; openly discriminate their customer service and attitude depending on the color of the customer. Starbucks, hire and filter for friendlier employees to create a more welcoming atmosphere for everyone. The tall, thinner, female employee with sun glasses is the rudest!
