Usually when I come here everything is fresh and the coworkers are very friendly. But tonight , the one worker who was taking orders wasn’t very friendly. I was trying my best to be polite and understand but there wasn’t any line or anybody there. She didn’t seem to be interested in working. I had to turn off the car for what reason I don’t know to wait. Finally , I got the food but the I can tell my crispy chicken was refry the way it tastes. The nuggets were okay but they definitely need to change the oil out. Maybe it was a off night, hopefully it will get better :)

I ordered a Single Dave burger, waited for literally 25 minutes bc I had already paid, and my burger is literally not cooked. its completely raw. Its absolutely ridiculous I cant even get a burger after for waiting for so long, thats cooked. We already waited so long, why not add another 3 mins for the burger to be done ????

This is NOT what a chocolate brownie batter swirl Frosty w/ extra brownie batter (paid the upcharge for it!) looks like. Sad part is that this is what I got AFTER I pointed out that it didn't have extra batter. She took it around the corner and I have a feeling she just stirred It up a bit, because it basically looks the same as it did the first time. I'm on lunch break so I don't have time to argue with her. Even sadder, I think this was **the manager** that made it. 🤦‍♂️. I order these all the time. I know what it's supposed to look like.
