When I come in and Uber during the day it is normally so much energy they are nice, clean, and have everything ready to go. So I trusted coming in myself and got a big fail fail the street chalupas was apart of a 9$ box no problem great deal non soda options offered brisk tea great THANKYOU. but I open the chalupas and this is what it looks like there is no meat literally I can count the pieces the chalupas are flat. I had a poor customer service experience at the Taco Bell on N. Fort Hood Street. When I went inside to place my order, the young lady at the counter acted like she didn’t want to take my order. I asked her if she was going to help me, and she told me to use the kiosk instead. I explained that I don’t use the kiosk because my order is customized and easier to explain to a person. She still seemed reluctant to take the order, and when she finally did, the order was made incorrectly. The whole interaction felt unprofessional and unwelcoming.
