I Love Fazoli's! The bread sticks are sooo good. They are the best out of anywhere. Better than olive garden even. I love that they are unlimited with your meal. The food is really good. Reasonable prices and the staff are very friendly. The tables are kept clean and I always live to sit in the corner booth. The food comes out pretty quick and employees have come to check up on is while eating. Overall would recommend

I picked up for a party of 100( a lot of food )and when I got there the lady at the counter was nice, very helpful and hard working she loaded my car for me and I appreciate her help very much. But I believe that the management is questionable. My order wasn't ready which made my party late causing frustration and some of our guests to leave before I could get back with the food. I was also missing items that I ordered but got an text saying I forgot to get the items. Hmm. I didn't load my car I didn't forget them. I was told I had everything when I left and I trusted that.
