The food is usually really good at any of the Qdoba I go to but sometimes service can be subpar. This location has a nice clean building and fresh ingredients, they had a good selection of additions but they didn't go out of the way with the normal upbeat friendly service that I see. First off, as soon as I told the girl what I wanted and I have Alpha Gal so no cheese or mammal she did a very loud scuff and changed her gloves (which is protocal) like it was an inconvenience to her. I guess I have to admit that Qdoba is not what it used to be. Sadly, Chipotle has taken over. I like Qdoba because of the flavor and the free guac and queso, but the flavor is not there anymore. It's not even worth it to be cheap. I should have went with my first mind to go to Chipotle and not been cheap, but I'm glad to know that you'll need to revamp some stuff or else it'll be a thing of the past. There is literally nobody in there so the food is sitting for God knows how long, and it looks old because it hasn't been touched frequently and replenished because there's no business. 😔

Went here tonight for their buy one get one offer and our hot and sweet chicken bowl had RAW chicken, not even a little undercooked… I know they were busy due to the promo but this is unacceptable and a serious food safety issue.

This is the best QDOBA in st.louis, the manager’s on 2nd shift there are young but fully capable of running the store. They are patient and knowledgeable. They are the best.
