This Domino's sucks, they bring expired wilted salads and even when you try and call they hang up on you!! The pizza wasn't cut, and they gave the bottom of the barrel chicken that looks like just bread crumbs!! Never ordering again, deleting the app!!

I had the worst experience I’ve EVER had with Dominos in Monroe NY. I placed an order for 2 pies of pizza @ 1:50pm. At 2:39pm I checked the tracker app, it said that the food was delivered at 2:09pm (I have a photo). So I went to my door to grab the food. To my surprise, no food. So I checked my ring camera to see if something happened to my food. No one had come to my door within my order time, to the time I checked the door. So I called the store. The manager answered and said it should be there soon. I waited almost another 30 minutes and then called again. He then asked for the last 4 digi

I ordered two pies and after about 5 minutes, it said my order was ready. I was already in the parking lot and thought that was fast - I came in and they were still making it. The tracker on the TV also said all the orders were ready. I’m not sure if they are recorded on how fast they are but if they are, they are completely lying. I’ve been here for 10 minutes still waiting. Please make your wait times accurate and stop running a fraudulent store.

Very disappointing experience with Domino’s. The pizzas were burnt, barely had any cheese, and were missing most of the toppings we paid for. For the price, the quality was unacceptable. Definitely not what we expected, and unfortunately not worth ordering again
