I would give a 0 if possible. All the tables were dirty, and I had to wipe off our own table. Then the cup of chili I ordered was cold, not even warm at all. Then they did they could t heat it up because they don’t have a microwave. But they didn’t even offer to give me a new cup of chili. I will never go back.

Went here to eat dinner with my family. Darian the manager i think was super friendly, polite, and helpful. Even the waitress that brought our fod was kind. She wore glasses and had a septum. She said if we needed anything else to ask her. I will definitely come back. Great job and excellent customer service. 👏

If I could give zero stars I would. Steak N Shake went down hill. Food is HORRIBLE. Absolutely ridiculous that you have to order at a screen and SCAN to get YOUR drinks and refills. It’s inconvenient. What happened to service and getting waited on? And then they expect a tip? For what? I had to take my order, clean my table and get my own drinks. Did I mention the burgers were HORRIBLE. Such a shame. I know I’m a little late- it’s been like this since Covid. But I was FLABBERGASTED.

​I have been pleasantly surprised at how far this location has come compared to years past. The staff in place care and actually engage in conversation rather than seeming too busy to look your way. ​I have been getting my burger on sourdough bread, which has been great. ​The biggest negative is that the kiosk does not allow you to truly build your own sandwich. I enjoy getting crispy onions on my burger and there is no way to do so on the machine. So, I have to wait to flag someone down to get my food ordered every time.
