This restaurant workers are crazy. They don’t even look at the order and just make whatever they want. I ordered black bean Crunchwrap supreme and I received beef one. I don’t eat beef and I had few bites unknowingly. I would give 0 rating for restaurant.

The new young lady working there seriously lacks customer service skills. I placed an online order through the app at 6:55 PM and wasn’t acknowledged until 7:15 PM. When I finally got my food, it was cold. I went back inside, and although they couldn’t issue a refund because the order was placed through the app, a young man did remake the order. He handled the situation much better and did a decent job. A word of advice: don’t catch an attitude or take things personally when someone is clearly struggling with customer service—it only makes the situation worse. This order was for my disabled mo

I'm not sure if the employees can't read or they're just lazy and don't want to do their jobs. They make orders incorrectly, you pay for extras and they are not given, food is prepared sloppy and cold. I will also be contacting corporate about this location, of you've experienced a similar situation, you should do so as well.

The only reason I rated the service a 1 is because O could not give a zero. The lady at the counter on Sunday, 9.28.25 at 2:30 pm was rude and clearly does not know customer service. She made no Eye Contact or Greeted me when I walked in. When I stood by the counter to look at the menu. I said hello, to which I received no response. I proceeded to say, how are you, without looking up she rudely said fine. At that point she said you can order at the kiosk. I said, I am looking at thr menu but thank you. I ended up leaving and not ordering there due to the unpleasant nature of that interaction.
