Simply Pho is seriously good! The fried calamari is crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, really chewy. The Korean marinated short ribs are tender and flavorful, with sides and rice—perfect for one person. The Vietnamese spring rolls have vermicelli and lettuce wrapped in rice paper, served with homemade peanut sauce—so fresh and addictive. The pho rib bone has a super flavorful broth, big tender beef ribs, and perfectly cooked noodles. Everything tastes authentic and the portions are generous—definitely worth checking out!

TLDR: Get the Brisket Pho! I have been to the vast majority of pho restaurants in south OC, and Simply Pho is by far the best. Accessibility, the broth, the meat and noodles are all great. Every time I come in, I order as I’m getting seated and I don’t even look at the menu: The Brisket Pho is the best. Also try the tofu spring rolls.

Came here for the first time and was pleasantly surprised. The pho and beef rib were really tasty and they gave me extra sides. The service was great and they got me what ever I needed. Def a great spot I didn’t know about abs glad I tried. I will come back. Best part is they give you free dessert at the end too.
