My brother, mother and I went to Domino’s on Christmas Day 2025. I ordered through the app for pick up, but there was an issue with the computer system. For some reason, my order wasn’t coming up on their screen and then it wasn’t giving the right ingredients. After almost an hour wait, the manager comped our four medium pizzas. What a pleasant surprise and nice end to the day!

Just placed an order and I am sad to say this is one of the worst wings I’ve ever received. Dominos used to drench their hot wings in sauce (which everyone LOVED) and instead was delivered these dry wings that weren’t cheap. This isn’t the first time they’ve been given like this. The first time I basically let it slide and told myself ‘maybe they were just out of sauce’. But tonight was the second time so I called. Placed a late order, after 11PM. I didn't expect the quality or customer service I received. The food arrived quickly, very hot and very fresh. I would've understood if it hadn't been so, end of the day and they likely want to go home. The driver had a smile and treated me as if he'd just started his shift, not finishing it. I called to thank them and the manager was very sweet, thank you all for a great dinner and snack for my dogs. I really appreciate everyone making my night better and hope this review finds you all and you're rewarded in some way.
