I came into Black & Brew Downtown for their 20th birthday celebration and was so incredibly impressed! Although I have been to Black & Brew countless times before, I was even more impressed with the level of service on that visit! There was a large crowd waiting for the store to open, but the staff was wonderfully pleasant and served us especially quickly and with friendly conversation and smiles! Of course, the menu is the main draw and it did not disappoint. Particularly the Bananas Foster Lattee! Housemade banana syrup without even a hint of artificial banana flavor! 👌🏼 Thank you Black &

Excellent coffee! I got a Salted Caramel Latte which was a 10/10. Once I placed my order I received my latte quickly. Minor issue was confusion. They had a sign that said Dine In Orders . I was there to place a to go order but there wasn’t a to go ordered line. So the line was extremely long and we had a 25 minute wait before being able to place my order.

Black & Brew has good quality coffee and fun drink selections. Their breakfast food items were more limited than I would like. I got the Ranchero sandwich which was OK but not my favorite.

8:50am Saturday morning because hopefully this helps management/ownership. A sleeve for the cream but not for the hot coffee 🤷 When we asked for sugar the cashier said "we only have Splenda, is that ok?" Then said we only have raw sugar and ultimately gave us regular sugar Confused between hot coffee and cold brew? We know it's early...my wife joked "seems like you need coffee " she said "I don't like coffee " Not sure if that's the best representation of the product being sold... Certainly should not have an automatic tip screen.
