Love this place! Unique Japanese style burgers made with katsu patties (impossibly crispy fried panko-coated cutlets of meat) and topped with finely shredded cabbage and a variety of sauces and toppings. The menu has several creative interpretations including a pork cutlet, teriyaki chicken and a multi-patty ground beef monstrosity called the "Tokyo Tower." Be warned, you'll want quite a few napkins, these burgers are messy!

The food was pretty good, but the cleanliness of the restaurant was disappointing. I had to wipe down our table before we could sit comfortably. It definitely didn’t feel well-maintained. Also, the service was slow. We ordered through the screen, so I expected the food to come out faster, but it took about 30 minutes.

Katsu Burger serves a one of a kind Katsu Hamburger and the best chicken katsu (with or without curry) in Washington. The Mt Fuji eruption burger had a katsu Burger, chicken katsu, tonkatsu, and an egg on it. The burger was taller than the napkin dispenser! The food is worth the price and we have never waited longer than 10 minutes for our meal! Always satisfied!!

Usually the food quality and taste of this burger house are above average. Sometimes the order comes out quite salty than usual like today when I ordered Teriyaki Burger with replacement chicken patty for beef. The fried beef patty was oily soaked and very salty. Warning: Also one thing that can make you surprise is the 20% tip is forcefully included when you take order with the kiosk. They don't provide any service other than order coming to you. Not even single word or greetings. 20% service fee inclusion to your total bill while no service placed seems a little too much. So I had to go to c
