I believe in shining a light on those who deserve it, and while it’s not a fancy local restaurant, I am always happy with the service I receive from this particular Burger King in Laurel. My orders always come out hot and fresh and the customer service is pretty on point. I can’t say the same for nearby fast food chains and BKs in the area. So I thought I’d quickly hop on and say kudos to the staff and management at this location. I hope it never changes. 👏🏿

Our experience was extremely disappointing due to the lack of professionalism and customer service displayed by the staff. Upon arriving, we stood waiting for over 10 minutes without any acknowledgment from employees or even a simple statement that someone would assist us shortly. The employees appeared more focused on themselves than on serving customers. Additionally, the drink station was completely nonfunctional. We came with my family and 3 kids because theu wantes the paper crowns. I spwnt 30 dollars in the restaurant. I asked cashier and he politely gave to me. The supervisor or manager shouted to this is only for kids meals rudely. My kids saw and heard and felt a little bad. I put them back in the counter since we were embarassed. Service was pretty bad. - Another CAshier came to my table and gave the kids a crown and some crayons. I appreciate his initiative and the other cashier. 🙏🙏

I ordered the sausage egg and cheese cheesy melt meal, & I only got to take one bite before I saw mold on the bread. I immediately spit out what I bit and returned to the store. The manager was nice though and gave me a refund for the sandwich. But I’ll never go back here though.
