Failure to follow instructions!!! I ordered on door dash for delivery because I just got out the ER and need to eat right away and unable to drive and they brought the wrong thing! I ordered bejing beef and orange chicken and I don’t know what this is in my box. This truly pissed me off. And when I called they are gonna ask me if I want to come in to get it exchanged! If I could come in, I wouldn’t have ordered for delivery in the first place. Very disappointing!

So I order here often, and today the crew working was kinda rude. They were almost out of the super greens, like 3 pieces of broccoli the rest cabbage, so I said I don't mind waiting for more. Well , 2 of the girls acted like I was asking to recook everything. Anyway they still have me the last little bit and it was for my kids( who oddly love broccoli) so yes, I was irritated.

It wasn't a good experience today hopefully next time I'll get good one. There are more than 6 people in kitchen and counter and the manager looks like she didn't notice that there was a long line waiting for fast and good customer service however the staff trying to do their best however they couldn't coordinate how to work they looked like lost and paying more attention an order ( big one ) online ( I guess ) than the customers waiting for them. We waited more than 15 minutes and well ... I got my food but pls look at the picture how was it and the fountain drinks doesn't work good...I don't

5/15/26 - Better than Suwanee Panda on this day and definitely our hero! Not our usual stop, but they have never failed to be great when we have come!
