We visited the restaurant for dinner more than 30 minutes before closing, but the service we received was very disappointing. We understand that it was close to closing time, but customers should still be treated with respect during business hours. My boyfriend ordered a bowl with a tortilla on the side. He politely asked about the tortilla because he thought it might have already been placed on the grill and did not want it to burn. The employee responded by giving us an attitude, rolling her eyes, sighing, and then tossing the tortilla onto the counter. This made us feel very uncomfortable

Rude associate. My order was made about 30 minutes before I had requested when ordering. When I arrived at the store there were several orders stacked up together. The bag our order was packed in was in the very back of all the orders and needed a new bag as the bottom of the bag had torn from the condensation. The associate was struggling to add the old bag to a new bag and I tried to help. The bag was cold so I asked when was the order made as i was to pick it up at a specific time. I wasn’t able to leave a tip on my card but the gal who rolled my giant burrito told me to leave a review on google. That whole store great. I will be bringing cash to tip next time because that whole crew deserves tips. Thank you for the samples, polite service, and burrito wrapping capabilities. Keep up the good work!

This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had at Chipotle. We ordered bowls and specifically asked for queso, but when we got to the register, we were charged extra for steak that we never requested. When we pointed out the mistake, the employees were not apologetic and showed no interest in fixing the issue. Instead, they acted as if the mistake was our fault. Being charged incorrectly is frustrating enough, but the lack of professionalism and customer service made the situation much worse. A simple apology and correction would have gone a long way.
