If I could give zero stars it would still be too many. This is absolutely the worst Schlotzsky's I have ever been to. Bad service and 3 slices of ham on my sandwich. I see other reviews from the past year all saying the same thing, so apparently the owners dont care and have no intention of fixing the issues. So I guess I have no intention of patronizing this location ever again. To Mike: Mike, my comment was that there are other reviews over the past year that have the same complaints. And yet this past weekend when I visited your store I had substandard customer service and a bad sandwich.

Exceptional customer service from start to finish at Schlotzsky's! McKenzie went completely above and beyond to help with a large specialty order that I needed picked up earlier than the standard available pickup time. Instead of simply saying no, she took the initiative to contact her GM, and together they were more than happy to accommodate my request. When I arrived at the designated pickup time, everything was organized, ready to go, and I was greeted with genuine smiles and kindness. It’s rare to come across a team so willing to help and make things easier for their customers. Huge thank

Food was 🔥 ngl. The original sandwich is sooo good & a classic. The young lady working the drive-thru was super sweet and very driven. Just a little conversation with her made my day way better. 💕 You should go. For sure.

Be cautious. Small meal means small meat on your sandwich and a medium drink. Usually small means means small drink/fries but theres no fries here so they skimp your sandwich. A small sandwich is 3oz of meat which is 85 grams, aka just bread. I got 2 of these smalls for $30, absolutely astronomically insanely over priced. I actually ordered 2 smalls but was given and charged for 1 small and 1 medium.
