On 12/31/2025, the last 6 wigettes should have been thrown away and there hold timer need to be fixed because every single piece was hard and uneditable. I even looked at it but I should have bit into it before I drove off. I waited until I got home and it almost broke my tooth. Looks can be deceiving. Please put a time on you food so you are not selling old food. Thank you and have a Happy New Year. New Year Fresher food🫣🙏🏽

This Church's gets 5stars from me I've been there 3x and when I tell you those ladies are nice and respectful and so caring! They are fast and have fresh chicken available every time! They thank you for coming and they thank you when leaving. When I got my food they extended services by asking is there anything else I needed as well. They make sure their customers are satisfied. I love this location!

I ordered an 8 piece boneless chicken wing meal. The drink was incorrect, no biscuit but worse of all, the chicken was broken up into pieces. It looks like 3 pieces of chicken the got broken up into 8. Horrible food and apparently staff if they let something like this go out their door.

A family member ordered the 10 piece chicken legs and thighs parmesan garlic dry rub and never received it. When she called to ask about it, she was told someone else picked up the order and that she needed to contact Grubhub, but the charges were from Church's. She contacted Grubhub and was told to contact Church's. That was on May 20, 2026. She's never received a refund. Sounds like someone from Church's ate the food because Grubhub said they never picked the order up. This is the 2nd time this has happened.
